These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.cfconsultsolutions.com (the “Site”) and related communications from CF Consult Solutions LLC (“CF Consult,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including SMS/text messaging to (951) 429-1272.
Paid website and Care services are governed by our Master Services Agreement, Order Form, Care Terms, and any Payment Plan Addendum (together, the “Service Agreements”). If there is a conflict between these Site Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that work.
The Site is informational. Package prices shown (Starter $1,500 / Growth $2,800 + $50/mo Care, and listed add-ons) are current offers and may change. A free 30-minute scope call does not create a contract. No work starts until both parties sign the applicable Service Agreements and any required deposit is paid.
We do not promise search rankings, map-pack placement, leads, or revenue.
You may not misuse the Site, scrape it aggressively, attempt to break security, or submit unlawful or harmful content through forms or messages.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel. You may also email info@cfconsultsolutions.com to request removal from SMS. After opt-out we send one confirmation and stop further program texts to that number.

Supported carriers: major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: You represent that you are the owner or customary user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Prohibited content: We do not send SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) or unlawful content via this program.
Payment plans: If you choose a payment plan for project work, installments are governed by the Payment Plan Addendum (card on file; a missed or failed charge may pause work and/or Care until paid). SMS may include payment or scheduling reminders only after you opt in.
Site content, branding, and our template kit remain ours. Client-site ownership after paid-in-full work is governed by the MSA, not these Site Terms.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, CF CONSULT SOLUTIONS LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FIFTY DOLLARS ($50) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFITS DAMAGES. This limit does not apply to liability that California law does not allow to be limited.
Service Agreement caps (fees paid under an Order Form / Care) control for contracted project work.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
California law. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in Riverside County, California.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. SMS program changes that affect consent will be reflected here and in our Privacy Policy.
